FAQ

Do you accept returns & refunds?

All sales are final. We don’t offer refunds or cancellations. That said, if you ordered the wrong size, we might be able to do a one-time exchange for the same item and design, if we have it in stock. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned within 30 days. Read our full policy here

When will I get my order?

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days, but made-to-order pieces (like jerseys or jackets) take 4–8 weeks to produce and ship and we’ll keep you posted. We use USPS for domestic and DHL for international orders. Once your package ships, you’ll get a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. Read our full shipping policy here

When will I get tracking?

Tracking is emailed once your order ships. Please don’t email asking for tracking during the basic 7 business day processing period.

My Package is missing/was shipped and is stuck somewhere, what do I do?

Please contact your local post office or carrier first. They should be able to work with you to get it to you. If unresolved after 60 days, email us.

I saw something at a market/convention that’s not online. Can I still buy it?

Maybe! Some items are one-of-a-kind or sell out fast, but we often have leftover stock from in-person events. Send us a email with a description or photo, and the size, and we’ll dig through the crypt to see if it’s still available.

Can I carry your work in my store?

Absolutely! Contact us to discuss wholesale or consignment — include where you're located, what you're interested in.

Can I book you to vend at my event?

If it’s weird, horror, halloween, queer, Salem rooted — we’re probably interested. Tell us about your event (location, date, vibe, etc.) and we’ll get back to you.

Do you do custom work?

Yes! We offer custom screen printing, art commissions, and design for bands, collectives, and ghouls with good taste. Whether it’s hats, shirts, tents or something weirder, just reach out through with your idea! info@eternaloctobersalem.com

Weren't you called Braindead Customs?

Yes! From 2016 to 2024, we operated under the name Braindead Customs and we’re proud of the roots we built there. But as we grew, so did our vision. The name Eternal October better reflects the heart of what we’ve become. It captures the mood that’s always been at the center of our work. Where every day feels like fall, horror and the spirit of Halloween lingers in everything we make.

Where do you stand on things?

Eternal October stands firmly with the LGBTQIA+ community, Black lives, immigrants, Palestinian liberation, Asian communities, disabled folks, sex workers, and all those fighting for dignity, safety, and autonomy. We’re proudly queer-run, anti-fascist, and rooted in punk values. If that makes you uncomfortable, we’re not the shop for you.

What materials do you use? Is this stuff eco-friendly?

We do our best to use ethically sourced blanks, low-waste production, and non-toxic, water-based inks whenever possible. We're a small studio, but we care deeply about sustainable, anti-fast-fashion practices.

Can I collaborate with Eternal October?

Maybe! We’re always open to collaborations that align with our values and aesthetic.. Halloween, horror, neon, nostalgia, political, weird, witchy, queer. If it’s not quite our vibe, we might still be down to help with commissioned design or production work.

Send us your idea via email info@eternaloctobersalem.com with a few details. Let’s make something amazing together!

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We also have invested in a full screen printing setup. We also carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are ethically made, high quality and a fair value.

Do you use AI for any of your designs?

Eternal October is a 100% human-made shop. Every piece of art we sell is created by a real person — whether it’s made in-house or commissioned from artists we admire. We believe in paying artists, not replacing them.

If you're an artist who vibes with our world, reach out! We’re always down to connect with new creatives for future projects or collabs.
