Getting the Right Fit

Before you buy, please take a moment to check out the size charts on our product pages. A quick measurement can save a lot of hassle and help you get an item you'll love to wear.
 

The Bottom Line: All Sales Are Final

Once you place an order, it's locked in. All sales are considered final, and we aren't able to cancel or refund them.

Need a Different Size? Let's See What We Can Do!

Sometimes you just need a different size, and we get that. While we can't offer refunds, we may be able to exchange an item for a different size of the exact same product, as long as we have it in stock.

Here’s the deal for size exchanges:

  • Timing is Everything: You have 30 days from the day your order was delivered to contact us about an exchange. If you reach out after that 30-day window, we won't be able to process an exchange.
  • Keep it Fresh: Any item you want to exchange must be in its original, brand-new condition. That means it hasn't been worn, washed, or altered, and all the original tags are still attached.
  • No Selfies, Please: Products that have made an appearance in photoshoots, Instagram posts, or any other social media or online content can't be exchanged.
  • Don't Forget the Packaging: Please send everything back in its original packaging, including any garment bags that came with your order.
  • One and Done: If you're exchanging multiple items from the same order, please send them all back to us in one shipment. We can't accept multiple exchange shipments for the same order.

How to Request an Exchange

Ready to request a size swap? Just follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@eternaloctobersalem.com.
  2. Use this exact subject line: “Exchange Request Order #(YourOrderNumber)”.
  3. In the email, tell us which item you have and what size you need. Please also attach a few clear photos of the product you're looking to exchange.

We'll get back to you within about 5-7 business days to go through the next steps.
